Luxury ahoy! Superyachts

If you're simply a millionaire, don't get your hopes up... this is still way out of your league; you're definitely going to need to be some kind of a hyper-millionaire to be in the running for one of these incredible superyachts. 'Boat' seems a terribly mundane word to use for something quite so spectacular, but that's what they are; specifically, the three most luxurious boats in the world. A little more accurately, that's what they will be, as, at the moment, they are still at the design stage.

The first of these magnificent yachts is called The Streets of Monaco, a luxury 155-metre vessel with capacity for 16 passengers and 70 crew. The name is completely accurate, as the design recreates the centre of the capital of the tiny principality of Monaco, where the annual Formula 1 Grand Prix takes place. The floating city includes an imitation of the Prince's Palace, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, casino, spa, cinema and the Grand Prix circuit which here is actually a kart track. The second superyacht is theTropical Island Paradise. Floating islands have featured in literature as far back as Homer's Odyssey, but even in fiction it would be hard to find quite such a well-designed miniature paradise. Nothing has been overlooked: on the 99-metre vessel, there's a lake, spa, beach and waterfalls... there's even a volcano, though, if it ever actually erupts, it seems far more likely to spew out gold nuggets than lava.  While these two exclusive yachts appear to break the design mould, the third vessel, Utopia, pushes the envelope even farther. No longer constrained by the idea of a yacht as a means of transport, its 100-metre diameter platform structure has the capacity of a present-day cruise liner spread over 11 decks.

The top deck of The Streets of Monaco has a fully-functional kart circuit inspired by the real-life city's Formula 1 circuit. Casino Square offers a peaceful garden setting, the Loews hotel area features a jacuzzi, pool, and sun decks, the main pool area represents Port Hercule harbour, while the Prince's Palace houses the owner's private apartment.
The owner's apartment is spread over three floors totaling an area of 1460 square meters and has access to all decks by means of a private lift
The yacht's main boarding point, 'The Oasis', is modelled on the gardens of the Monaco Casino, complete with waterfall; located on this lower level are a spa and salon, massage suites and a large relaxation lounge featuring a spa pool and bar
The central hub of The Streets of Monaco is the Grand Atrium that links the upper and lower living areas by an ornate spiral staircase; the lower atrium houses the library, communal office, communal balcony and cinema, as well as giving access to the yacht's seven suites, which range in size from 135 to 356 square meters
With its novel circular platform structure, the Utopia project breaks with traditional yacht design to create an avant-garde floating island; the pinnacle of this unique concept is the 360ยบ observation deck at a height of 65 meters above the water surface
The future owner of the Tropical Island Paradise won't need to travel to find the perfect secluded island environment. This superyacht design is inspired by the islands of the Caribbean, Indian Ocean and Polynesia

The 'volcano' houses the yacht owner's two-floor suite with its private terrace and spa, while the private cabanas nestled among tropical vegetation around the pool are accessed directly from the four VIP suites
The Tropical Island Paradise yacht will travel at a speed of up to 15 knots and has a dedicated helipad as well as the floating beach areas which provide a perfect platform for sea-level activities
